Shipping & Delivery

*Free Delivery on orders over BHD 20.000 within Bahrain.

We offer 1.200 BHD per KG shipping rate in the Bahrain on all orders below 20.000 BHD. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will then be picked and packed at our fulfillment facility.

You will get your shipping confirmation notification via Email or SMS through our delivery partner website. Estimated delivery time with in Bahrain from 1-3 working days. Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding status of shipment.

Shipping will be made Saturday to Thursday. No dispatch or deliveries will be made on Fridays.

Customs, Duties, VAT and Other Taxes

• All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
• MaaqoolOnline ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local and international taxes or duties during checkout.
• Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
• Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
• If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the consignee for the package to clear customs.
